Transfer Information

In compliance with CIF Rules, all transfer students interested in playing sports at Los Altos must complete the appropriate documentation to determine eligibility.

All Transfer Students must complete the CIF Parent Student Certification Form and submit the completed form to Athletic Director Dale Ziola.

Students that have changed addresses must complete the Valid Change of Residence Document Checklist and provide the listed documents to Athletic Director Dale Ziola.

All questions and documents should be submitted to Athletic Director Dale Ziola upon enrollment at Los Altos.
